I received the certificate request, but nothing is highlighted on the attached sample. What exactly are you requesting?

If nothing is highlighted on the sample certificate, then the certificate of insurance itself is compliant. In this case, please pay close attention to the bullet points within the email. The revisions requested are in regards to either endorsements or additional items that are required for this project.
