How can we enroll a new contractor?

We have hired a new contractor. What can we do to get them enrolled as soon as possible?

  • First, ensure that your CIP Administrator has been provided the subcontractor's contact information.
    • Please provide us with the subcontractor's company name, contact name, email address, and phone number, then we will take care of that for you.
  • If we have been notified of the subcontractor they are required to log in and complete forms at Note: enrollment delays are often the result of a subcontractor being unresponsive.
  • To help encourage a prompt response, remind the subcontractor that they will not be able to begin work on-site until enrollment information has been submitted, reviewed and processed.
  • Please note that we request 5 business day to complete this process.
