# How do I create a new CR-Insight® password?

*Note: If your account hasn't been setup yet and you don't have a user ID yet, please* **[send request here for a new user ID.](https://info.c-r-solutions.com/support?hsLang=en) **

 

1. First visit the **[login](https://landing.c-r-solutions.com/)** screen on the **[CR-Insight® website](https://landing.c-r-solutions.com/)**

1. Click the orange text that says "Click here to create a new password."

2. You will receive an email containing a link. This link takes you to a screen where you choose your own password. The link only works once.
3. If you need to reset your password again, return to the [**CR-Insight® website**](https://landing.c-r-solutions.com/), and click the orange text that says "Click here to create a new password." again.
