We have successfully enrolled in the CIP program but I can't login, says “Error Occurred No User Found” How can I reset my login credentials?
- Thank you for completing the enrollment process! Upon completing the forms, your username was deactivated. If you need to make edits to those forms or submit additional documentation, reach out to your CIP Administrator contact in our office (the CR Solutions contact who sent your enrollment confirmation email).
- Or perhaps, you need to login to enter payroll? If so, reach out to your contact in our office for that project and they can set you as the payroll contact. Note that because your login was inactive for a period of time, you'll need to reset your password.
