# I’m finished on this job. Why do I keep getting certificate of insurance and payroll requests?
You are still receiving requests from us because we have not received your work complete notice. Please log on to the Contractor Toolbox and submit your Work Complete Notification or provide us with details of your last date on site and final subcontract value, so that we can proceed with the Close Out process and cause future requests to cease.
